1. A compound of Formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:wherein
R1 is:
5 to 6 membered monocyclic heteroaryl optionally substituted with i) C1-C5 alkyl optionally substituted with CF3 or CN, ii) CH2F; or iii) one to two substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halo, methyl, methoxy and CN; wherein said 5 to 6 membered monocyclic heteroaryl is selected from the group consisting of pyrrolyl, pyrazolyl, Imidazolyl, oxazolyl, isoxazolyl, oxadiazolyl, thiazolyl, isothiazolyl, thiadiazolyl, furanyl, furazanyl, thienyl, triazolyl, pyridinyl, pyrimidinyl, pyridazinyl, pyrazinyl, triazinyl, tetrazinyl, and tetrazolyl, or N-oxides thereof; orphenyl substituted with one to two substituents independently selected from the group consisting of CN, halo and methyl; R2 is C1-C3 alkyl; R3 is halo, R4 is H; R5 is C1-C3 alkyl, R6 is H or methyl; and R7 is tetrahydrofuranyl or tetrahydropyranyl, wherein said tetrahydrofuranyl or tetrahydropyranyl is optionally substituted with methyl. |
