The disclosure is related to a method of identifying an incident occurring in a service area by a server. The method may include detecting abnormal traffic generation in a service area of the server, collecting text data from at least one of a social network service (SNS) system, access points and base stations associated with a location of the abnormal traffic generation, collecting sensing data from at least one of sensors installed around the location of the abnormal traffic generation, and identifying an incident occurring in the service area based on the collected text data and the collected sensing data.

1. A method of identifying an incident occurring in a service area by a server, the method comprising:
detecting abnormal traffic generation in a service area of the server; collecting text data from at least one of a social network service (SNS) system, access points and base stations associated with a location of the abnormal traffic generation; collecting sensing data from at least one of sensors installed around the location of the abnormal traffic generation; and identifying an incident occurring in the service area based on the collected text data and the collected sensing data, wherein the collecting sensing data comprises: determining a location of an occurring incident based on the collected text data, as a second location; selecting sensors installed at the second location; generating a control signal to request the selected sensors to collect information; and transmitting the generated control signal to the selected sensors through a communication network.
