1. A capacitor for a hydrogen sensor, comprising:
a dielectric substrate, a first electrode, on the dielectric substrate, a second electrode, on the dielectric substrate, and palladium islands, on the dielectric substrate and between the first and second electrodes, wherein the palladium islands are electrically isolated from the first and second electrodes and from each other, the capacitor has an area of 0.25 to 2500 mm2, the dielectric substrate has a surface roughness of 1 to 10 μm, the first electrode comprises first subelectrodes, and the second electrode comprises second subelectrodes, the first subelectrodes and the second subelectrodes are interdigitated, and the interdigitated first and second subelectrodes have a pitch of 0.1 to 10 mm. |
