a rotor core; and a plurality of permanent magnets, wherein the rotor core is formed by laminating a plurality of steel plates, wherein the rotor core has a plurality of magnet insertion holes, wherein at least one slit is formed between an outer peripheral surface of the core and an outer-side line of at least one of the magnet insertion holes, wherein an end of the slit on the magnet insertion hole side has a triangular shape as viewed in a plane having a rotation center line as a normal, and wherein the triangular shape projects toward the magnet insertion hole side. |
