The invention relates to a method for collecting fractions from liquid, gas or supercritical fluid chromatography in a series of vessels (1, 2,..., 72), which is intended for being implemented by a collection device (100) including two collection heads (113, 123), which includes five steps of: a. positioning a first collection head on a vessel N of the series of vessels; b. collecting a fraction in the vessel N with the first collection head; c. positioning a second collection head on a vessel N+1 of the series of vessels, adjacent to the vessel N; d. collecting a fraction in the vessel N+1 with the second collection head; e. positioning the first collection head on the vessel N+2 of the series of vessels, adjacent to the vessel N+1; f. repeating steps b to e on all the vessels of the series of vessels. |
