This tightening device (1) comprises six convex lobes and six concave lobes distributed alternately about a central axis (X1) such that each concave lobe links two consecutive convex lobes about the central axis (X1). Either the convex lobes comprise: a) at least three cylindrical convex lobes (2) and b) at least two separated tapered convex lobes; or the concave lobes comprise: c) three cylindrical concave lobes (4) and d) at least two separated tapered concave lobes (4.1). This screw comprises six outer lobes and six inner lobes in alternation. Each inner lobe links two respective outer lobes. Either the outer lobes comprise: a) at least three cylindrical outer lobes and b) at least two separated tapered outer lobes; or the inner lobes comprise: c) three cylindrical inner lobes and d) at least two separated tapered inner lobes.
