A treatment method and device using a supercritical fluid comprise: • (a) a chamber (14) for receiving the parts to be treated, provided with means (15,14 2) for establishing fluid communication between the inside of the chamber and the outer atmosphere, and for isolating the inside of the chamber from the outer atmosphere; • (b) supercritical fluid supply means (6, 8); • (c) means (20) for storing some of the gas contained in the chamber at a pressure lower than that of the chamber after a cleaning step and before fluid communication is established between the inside of the chamber and the outer atmosphere. |
