A vacuum insulation panel which has a sufficient strength and excellent handling performance is provided. A vacuum insulation panel 1 including a molded product 10 and an envelope 12 having an airtight property; the molded product being decompressed and encapsulated in the envelope; the molded product being molded from fibers and a powder material containing fumed silica; the fibers including fibers having a fiber length D30 of at least 100 µm and fibers having a fiber length D90 of at most 20 mm; the content ratio of the fumed silica in the powder material being at least 70 mass%; and the content ratio of the fibers being from 2 to 30 parts by mass to the powder material having a total mass of 100 parts by mass.
