The invention discloses a method for dispensing a detergent solution comprising ejecting the solution from a reservoir as a spray. Also disclosed is apparatus for dispensing the detergent solution and a composition for a detergent solution comprising one or more surfactants and an odour absorbing compound. The surfactant in the detergent may include C10-16 Alkyl Polyglucoside, Sodium Lauroyl Sarconsinate or Cocamidopropyl Betaine. The odour absorbing compound may be Zinc-Diricinoleate. The amount of surfactant present in the detergent solution may be from 3 to 15% by weight and the viscosity of the solution may be less than 1 mPa.s at a temperature of 25°C. |
