a handlebar assembly (6) disposed on said handlebar mounting base (5), and a transmission mechanism (7) disposed between said handlebar mounting base (5) and said single-wheel assembly (21), the transmission mechanism (7) coordinating between said steering wheel (21) and said handlebar assembly (6) so as to form a steering assembly. |
