The system has a receiving and delivering unit (100) comprising a coin changer (101) provided with an opening (103) for introducing coins in bulk, and an information recording unit such as electronic card recorder (109) and a printer (110). A commanding and processing unit i.e. processor (108), is connected to the recording unit, and counts value of the coins and drives the recording unit for permitting to record information corresponding to a conversion value, on a support such as paper support e.g. ticket (104), or loyalty support e.g. smart card (105) such as credit card.
