The system (3) has a pump (8) comprising an inlet (9) for suction of a liquid urea, where the inlet is located near a heater (5). An outlet (10) of the pump for discharging the liquid urea is located inside a container (1). A measuring sensor (13) measures a level (Mn) of the liquid urea inside the container, and another measuring sensor (14) measures a temperature (Mt) of the liquid urea inside the container. A control unit (17) controls the pump and the heater according to the measured level and the measured temperature provided by the measuring sensors. An independent claim is also included for a container for storing a liquid urea for treatment of exhaust fumes of a car.
