Compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the compounds are disclosed, wherein the compounds have the structure of Formula I as defined in the specification. The compounds of the invention are useful as gamma secretase modulators and for the treatment of neurodegeneration and psychiatric disorders, including Alzheimer’s Disease or Niemann-Pick type C disease.
