Provided are a broadcast signal processing apparatus and a method for controlling the same, the broadcast signal processing apparatus comprising: a signal receiving unit for receiving a broadcast signal; a signal conversion unit for converting the received broadcast signal to at least one of a first retransmission signal having a frequency different from the broadcast signal and a second retransmission signal having a signal transmission standard different from the broadcast signal, and outputting the converted signal; a first signal output unit for transmitting the first retransmission signal to the outside; and a second signal output unit for transmitting the second retransmission signal to the outside. |
