The present embodiment relates to a method and device for controlling mobility of a terminal. Specifically, the present invention relates to a technique associated with a method and device for controlling mobility, which reduce a delay or service interruption occurring in a handover process of a terminal. In particular, an embodiment provides a method for performing, by a terminal, an operation for mobility control and a device therefor, the method comprising the steps of: receiving an RRC connection reconfiguration message including mobility control information from a master eNB; controlling data transmission to or data reception from a source secondary eNB to be maintained up to a specific point of time on the basis of the mobility control information; and transmitting a random access channel (RACH) for performing a random access procedure to a target secondary eNB. |
