A system for intelligent on/off of a flow of a substance such as fluid or gas or vacuum through a pipe fitted with a valve using timer circuit is disclosed. The system employs a housing structure consisting of a timer circuit, drive wheel, plurality of plates, shaft box, another box with spring and puller elements mounted under the pipe fitted with a valve that need to be turned on/off The method of shutting on/off of the valve is carried by the timer circuit when the pre-determined time intervals is reached. |
