An optical module, comprising: an optical waveguide, having a first surface, a second surface and a light incidence surface, the first surface and the second surface being parallel to each other, and the light incidence surface being connected with the first surface and the second surface, wherein an interior angle between the light incidence surface and the first surface is θ, a distance between the first surface and the second surface is T, and a refractive index of the optical waveguide is n; at least one beam splitter, disposed in the optical waveguide, and each of the at least one beam splitter being connected with the first surface and the second surface, wherein each of the at least one beam splitter and the first surface have a first intersection point on a reference plane perpendicular to the first surface, the light incidence surface and the second surface have a second intersection point on the reference plane, the second intersection point has a first orthogonal projection on the first surface, a distance between the first orthogonal projection and the first intersection point closest to the light incidence surface is H; and a light source, disposed next to the light incidence surface and adapted to provide a beam, wherein the beam enters the optical waveguide through the light incidence surface, and an incidence angle of the beam at the light incidence surface is a, which conforms toa≤sin-1{n×sin-1[90°-θ-tan-1(HT)]}.
