A laminar flow element consists of a hollow cylinder (1) and solid round rods (2). The solid round rods (2) are closely arranged inside the hollow cylinder (1); the hollow cylinder (1) is fixed together with the solid round rods (2) by means of interference fit, and the solid round rods (2) are fixed together by means of interference fit; gaps between the hollow cylinder (1) and the solid round rods (2) and gaps among the solid round rods (2) constitute laminar flow channels (3), wherein a fluid flowing through the laminar flow channels forms a laminar flow. The laminar flow element has low manufacturing costs, high stability in the formed laminar flow, and a wide applicable flow range.
