The solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention comprises: in the process of UE performing converged communication between a cellular mobile network and a WLAN, a base station receiving a failure message sent by the UE; the failure message being used for indicating a failure of the UE accessing a WLAN link; and stopping the sending of the UE data to a WT that the WLAN AP providing a WLAN service to the UE belongs to. The preset invention is used for converged communications.
