The information sending method comprises: a base station sends M parameter sets via high layer signalling, M ≥ 1, M being a positive integer, each parameter set including quasi co-location non-zero power CSI-RS pilot indication information, the quasi co-location non-zero power CSI-RS pilot indication information being used for a terminal to obtain a large-scale characteristic of a channel; when M > 1, the base station also indicates current transmission physical layer control signalling sub-frame parameter set selection information via physical layer control signalling.
