A power distribution method for a smart wristband, and a smart wristband. The method comprises: when detecting that the remaining charge of the smart wristband is a less than a predetermined charge value, calculating the charge required for processing key data or events (S101); and, if determining that the remaining charge is greater than the charge required to process key data or events, but is less than the sum of the charge required to process key data or events and a predetermined margin, the smart wristband enters a switched-off state (S102). The remaining charge is thus stored, so that when the charge of the smart wristband is insufficient, sufficient charge is retained to process key events or transfer key data, preventing inconvenience or damage to the user. |
