A low-temperature baking water-based environmentally-friendly dipping primer for a motor tricycle consists of the following components: deionized water, a wetting agent, a dispersant, a neutralizer, a preservative, a defoamer, a flash-rust resistance agent, carbon black, phthalocyanin dye, titanium dioxide, titanium yellow paste, barium sulfate, sericite, nano-silicon dioxide, an anti-rust pigment, a stabilizer, a film coalescing aid, a film forming substance, a base material wetting agent, a thicker, and a surface additive. The low-temperature baking water-based environmentally-friendly dipping primer for a motor tricycle is prepared by using water-resistant and heat-resistant PVDC having good adhesion as a film former, in cooperation with an environmentally-friendly anti-rust pigment, a base material wetting agent, an imported water-based additive and other pollution-free additives. The raw materials of the primer are easy to obtain, are safe and environmentally-friendly, and have high performance-cost ratios. |
