The present invention relates to a terminal for a non-stripping electric wire joint connector, and an electric wire joint connector comprising the same which have been developed to prevent a contact failure or heat generation by expanding a contact area so as to enable a stable contact between an inner core wire of an electric wire and a terminal when electrically connecting the electric wire without stripping the sheath of the electric wire. A terminal for an electric wire joint connector comprises: an electric wire insertion part (100) formed between blades (21) which are spaced at a certain interval in the width direction and face each other; a pair of erection pieces (300) which are connected to the blades (21), and face each other while being spaced at a certain interval so as to form a core wire seating part (22); and a connection piece for connecting the bottom of the pair of election pieces (300), wherein the pair of erection pieces have, on one side thereof, a pressing protrusion (221) for pressurizing a core wire (32) inserted into the core wire seating part (22), and have, on the other side thereof, a seating groove (222) which is formed to correspond to the pressing protrusion (221) and on which the core wire (32) is seated. |
