The present invention relates to vitamin B12 for use in the treatment of a condition in a subject, wherein the vitamin B12 is administered sublingually, and wherein the vitamin B12 is dispersed in a hydrophobic continuous phase. Preferably, the hydrophobic continuous phase is oil or fat. The condition to be treated preferably is vitamin B12 deficiency. |
