The paging method comprises: a first radio access node receives paging signaling sent by a core network, wherein the paging signaling comprise a paging area and an identifier of a user equipment (UE), and the paging area in the paging signaling at least comprises a paging area allocated to the first radio access node by a radio network; the first radio access node determines whether the identifier of the UE in the paging signaling is a pre-stored identifier of the first radio access node; and the first radio access node sends the paging signaling in the paging area allocated to the first radio access node by the radio network.
