The invention relates to a low-voltage low-power planar transformer with magnetic nanofluid, used in electronic circuits as insulating transformer. According to the invention, the transformer comprises an assembly of planar coils comprising primary and secondary planar coils (1a and 1b) , respectively, fixed by means of two spacers (3a and 3b), a magnetic circuit assembly, a casing consisting of a tank (6) provided with a cover (7), a gasket (8) with sealing role and a central screw (9) which fixes the assembly of planar coils onto the tank (6), the cover (7) comprising a plate with terminals (10), and a system (11) for supplying magnetic nanofluid, where the two primary planar coils (1a) and the two secondary planar coils (1b) are identical, each being placed on a glass-textolite plate which is plated, on both faces, with a copper layer, each planar coil (1a and 1b) comprising two semi-coils of 20 turns each, serially connected and placed on both faces, on the same plate, where the primary and secondary planar coils (1a and 1b) comprise 40 turns each, between the primary coils (1a) there being the secondary coils (1b), the coils being insulated by three insulations (2), and where the magnetic circuit assembly consists of two identical upper and lower magnetic cores (4a and 4b), respectively, made of ferrite and symmetrically overlapped and of a liquid core consisting of a magnetic nanofluid (5) wherein the coil assembly and the two magnetic cores (4a and 4b) are immersed. |
