There is provided a system for delivering an oxygen rich lotion. The system uses a single reservoir (4) dispensing bottle (2) that contains a peroxide-rich liquid. The bottle (2) has an outlet (8) within which is a peroxide decomposition catalyst (6) immobilized on a substrate (18), so that the peroxide-rich liquid and immobilized catalyst (6) come in contact with each other just as the liquid is leaving the outlet (8) of the bottle (2). |
