Herein described is an apparatus (1) for disgregating a biological tissue, such as an adipose tissue including stem and/or multipotent cells for use in regenerative medicine. The apparatus (1) comprises a disposable device (2) having a first duct (3) for the passage of the biological tissue, the first duct (3) having a first end (3a) and a second end (3b). Each end (3a, 3b) of the first duct (3) is configured for connection to an inlet/outlet opening (4a) of a respective handling and/or collecting device (4), particularly a pump device, such as a syringe. The disposable device (2) further comprises an adjustment arrangement (6, 8-10) operable to cause a reduction of a passage section of the first duct (3). |
