Provided is a metal resin composite body and preparation method thereof. The metal resin composite body comprises a metal substrate (1); a porous resin layer (2) formed on the metal substrate (1); a plastic layer (3) formed on the porous resin layer (2); and a channel (4). The channel (4) passes through the porous resin layer (2) and extends to an inner portion of the metal substrate (1). The plastic layer (3) fills the channel (4) and is thus joined with the metal substrate (1).
