The invention relates to a dispenser (1) for liquid to pasty substances, having a dispenser head (4) and a dispenser body (3), wherein the dispenser head (4) is movable relative to the dispenser body (3) in a displacement direction for carrying out a pumping movement and is also rotatable relative to the dispenser body (3), wherein, in addition, the dispenser (1) has a pump chamber (6) having an inlet valve (7) and an outlet valve (8), wherein downstream of the outlet valve (8) in a dispensing direction for the substance is provided a dispensing tube (11) which is divided into two portions (12, 13) which can move relative to each other and which, as a result of a movement relative to each other, can be moved into a closed position in which the substance cannot be dispensed and into an open position in which the substance can be dispensed, wherein the portions (12, 13) are nested in each other at regions facing each other to form an inner part and an outer part, and wherein a closure can be produced between an outer wall of the inner part and an inner wall of the outer part. In order to provide an advantageous design of a dispenser of the type in question, it is proposed that the portions (12, 13), in order to change between the closed position and the open position, can be moved relative to each other without a relative movement in the displacement direction. |
