A touchscreen and an intelligent terminal. The touchscreen comprises m scanning blocks (110). Each scanning block (110) comprises a GOA cascaded transmission circuit (113), n scanning lines (115), and at least one TP scanning module (117). The GOA cascaded transmission circuit (113) is used for inputting STV signals and CK signals, The GOA cascaded transmission circuit (113) comprises n cascaded GOA units (1131). The ith-stage GOA unit (1131) in the GOA cascaded transmission circuit is used for charging the ith scanning line (115), and the nth scanning line (115) is connected to at least one TP scanning module (117). During the scanning, the GOA cascaded transmission circuit (113) in the jth scanning block (110) starts scanning under the action of the jth STV signal; by means of the cooperation of the CK signals, the first GOA unit (1131) to the nth GOA unit (1131) correspondingly charge the first scanning line (115) to the nth scanning line (115).
