Disclosed is a light source module for an endoscope, comprising: an LED chip for emitting a light source forward, using power applied through an electrode terminal; and a resin block having the LED chip embedded therein and a fiber groove formed at one side thereof through which the light source is emitted, so that one end of an optical fiber is coupled to the fiber groove. The present invention as described above has a structure in which an LED and an optical fiber are directly coupled to each other and thus can minimize the configuration thereof. Therefore, it is expected that the present invention can reduce not only the volume but also the manufacturing cost. |
