Provided in an embodiment of the invention are a hot backup method, device and system. The method comprises: saving, by a master apparatus, first user information of the master apparatus in a local buffer module of the master apparatus; transmitting, by the master apparatus, and according to preset related information, the first user information to a remote buffer module of a first backup apparatus, and when the first backup apparatus detects a failure on the master apparatus, retrieving, by the first backup apparatus, the first user information from the remote buffer module of the first backup apparatus and recovering the first user information. The embodiment of the invention realizes a hot backup function on multiple apparatuses, and enables quick recovery of user information of an apparatus on which a failure occurs, thereby increasing recovery efficiency. |
