The purpose of the present invention is to appropriately perform UL transmission, even in cases when channel state information of a plurality of component carriers (CC) is to be transmitted. A user terminal which is capable of using a plurality of CCs to communicate with a wireless base station is provided with: a transmission unit which uses an uplink control channel to transmit, in a prescribed subframe, a delivery acknowledgement signal of at least one CC and/or channel state information of a plurality of CCs; and a control unit which, in cases when the transmission power set for UL transmission in the prescribed subframe is greater than a prescribed value, implements control such that some or all of the channel state information of the plurality of CCs is dropped.
