This medical connector (1) comprises: a tube body (2a) which has an outer diameter twice the length of the gap between the center of a top surface (11f2) of a valve body (11f) and the end of a slit (11e) that is the farthest from the center in the radial direction, and which can be inserted into the slit (11e); a regulating part (2c) which, when a male connector part (2) is connected to a closed-type female connector part (11), makes contact with another medical connector (10), and which regulates the insertion depth of the tube body (2a) into an opening (11a); a seal part which, when the a male connector part (2) is connected to the closed-type female connector part (11), encloses the slit (11e) and makes close contact with the top surface (11f2) of the valve body (11f) or with a top surface (11b2) of a top surface wall (11b); and a lock part (2d) which maintains the male connector part (2) and the closed-type female connector part (11) in a connected state. |
