The present invention provides a downlink control signaling transmission method and device. The method comprises: a base station determines a first transmission type of a first terminal device and a second transmission type of a second terminal device; the base station sends, according to the first transmission type and the second transmission type and via downlink control signaling, demodulation information to the first terminal device, wherein the demodulation information is configured to instruct the first terminal device to demodulate a transmission signal of the first terminal device received by the first terminal device. By targeted determination of the content of demodulation information to be sent, the present invention effectively addresses the problem in which if ratios of allocated power of different sub-bands are unequal, a huge amount of signaling needs to be performed to notify the first terminal device for pairing across multiple layers. In this way, unnecessary signaling overhead is reduced by a certain degree, and the first terminal device can dynamically and accurately obtain and demodulate a transmission signal of the first terminal device, thereby realizing accurate descrambling. |
