A method for analyzing the energy efficiency of a generator set, comprising: acquiring generator set parameters, and a target value and an actual value of the set performance; calculating an external condition deviation according to the actual boiler coal burning amount of the generator set parameters, a current ambient temperature, a turboset circulating water temperature, a turboset heat and power ratio and a turboset generating capacity (S102); under a plurality of conditions, calculating a boiler efficiency deviation, a turboset efficiency deviation and a power consumption rate deviation by a boiler performance test, a turboset performance test and a performance test for testing a power consumption rate, respectively, and according to the boiler efficiency deviation, the turboset efficiency deviation and the power consumption rate deviation, calculating a device performance deviation (S103); according to a generator set design parameter, the external condition deviation and the device performance deviation, calculating a normal value of the set in the actual operation (S104); and respectively calculating the differences between the normal value and the target value and the actual value, and calculating the generator set energy efficiency according to preset weights and corresponding membership functions of the two differences (S105). |
