a cable groove configured to receive a cable; a moveable keeper having a lower surface configured to engage the cable received in the cable groove; a fastener opening having an open front end and a closed back end; a recessed area at least partially surrounding said fastener opening; a first wall bordering the recessed area; a second wall bordering the recessed area and spaced from the first wall; and a center wall extending across the fastener opening proximate the front end.
