A new and distinct Phalaenopsis plant named ‘Malibu Baby’ particularly characterized by flowers which are white with a purple/violet mark in the center and some yellow on the sepals; plants which may be propagated economically and uniformly using tissue culture; plants which produce more than one inflorescence; long and sturdy inflorescences; and relatively short, dark-green foliage.
