The present invention relates to a material conveying system, which is optimized for a press process (line) of a large-sized press for punching a plurality of materials for each process (or a unit of process) at one time by a plurality of upper and lower molds, used to transfer the materials simultaneously, thereby greatly improving material transfer efficiency and productivity, the system comprising: moving bodies (814, 815, 816) rectilinearly moving in the direction of the Y axis by a servo motor, and LM guides and rack gears (88, 89), provided in parallel at the front and rear on the upper surfaces of left and right plates (82, 84) and a center plate (83), which are horizontally provided on a base (81); profiles (817, 818) connecting and fixing the moving bodies (814, 815, 816); an interlocking shaft (820) axis-provided to the side part of the profile (818); servo motors (825, 826) for rotating the interlocking shaft (820); material conveying units (850, 850a, 850b, 850c, 850d) rectilinearly moving on the profile (818) in the direction of the X axis by the LM guides; servo motors (860) downwardly provided on bottom plates (855) of the material conveying units (850, 850a, 850b, 850c, 850d); and helical gears (859) fixed to a rotary shaft of the servo motor (860), which protrudes toward the lower part of the bottom plate (855), and gear-coupled to the rack gears (833). |
