Provided are a multi-screen display method and a smart wristband (100). The watch band (20) of the smart wristband (100) is provided with a plurality of touch screens; the corresponding operations thereof may be performed on the touch screen used by the watch band (20) to display the application, and the result of the operation is outputted to the touch screen of the watch band (20). It is unnecessary to check all applications and perform operations on all applications on the touch screen of the wristband body (11) of the smart wristband (100), thus such checking and operation are more convenient for the user.
