Accordingly, while products having interrelationships are simultaneously injection molded, and the cycle time for injection molding during the mass production of products is shortened through injection molding, which is the advantage of a 3 stage mold, so as to improve the production efficiency of a product, and the efficiency of separating a product from a runner is raised, which is the advantage of a 2 stage mold, the advantages of existing 2 stage molds and 3 stage molds are simultaneously met so that the dimensional accuracy of a product that is injection molded can be increased, the waste of materials during the injection molding of products can be reduced, the size of a runner can be freely adjusted, and an assortment of gate configurations can be selected. So that flexible condition control and quality reproducibility - that is, the deviation in product quality between a product that is initially injection molded and the same product that is injection molded thereafter can be reduced, the combining and the injection molding of high-grade products is made possible, meanwhile manufacturing and production costs can be reduced. |
