There is provided a control box for monitoring industrial machinery, comprising a processor, a memory and one or more communication interfaces in communication with the processor. The processor is configured to receive status data from one or more machines; store the status data in the memory; generate one or more of audio notification data and visual notification data based on the status data; transmit the notification data to one or more status beacons; transmit the status data to one or more computing devices; receive feedback data from the computing devices; and transmit the feedback data to the corresponding one or more machines. There is also provided a system for monitoring industrial machinery, comprising the control box and the status beacon configured to receive the notification data, and in response, produce one or more of a corresponding audio notification and a corresponding visual notification. |
