The human care device comprises: a health diagnosis unit for diagnosing health information including at least one of a user's voice, body temperature, heart rate, and reaction rate; an action control unit for determining whether the user's query or request is a predetermined query or request, and providing a corresponding action; an emergency situation monitoring unit for determining whether it is an emergency situation, through the user's bio-signal and a returned response; and a communication unit for communicating with an external device. |
