Disclosed is an information prompt method used for a public place, said method comprising: obtaining user information, and performing group classification on a user according to the user information (S101); planning a first route arriving at a predetermined destination, and estimating a first time period T1 required to complete the first route according to feature attributes of various users within a group to which the user belongs (S102); prompting the planned first route and a first estimated time to the user (S103); within the first time period T1, obtaining user movement information, planning a second route, and estimating a second time period T2 required to complete the second route (S104); prompting the planned second route and a second estimated time to the user (105). Also disclosed is a mobile service terminal. The present invention provides the user with information alerts, and adjusts the alert service in real time when the external environment changes, thereby increasing user satisfaction. |
