Disclosed is an uplink information transmission method, a base station and a user equipment. The uplink information transmission method comprises: the user equipment (UE) transmits a first uplink information on a first frequency resource of a first sub-frame set; the UE transmits a second uplink information on a second frequency resource of a second sub-frame set; wherein, the first frequency resource and the second frequency resource are frequency resources contained by two different narrow bands respectively; the radio frame where the sub-frame within the first sub-frame set is located is different from the radio frame where the sub-frame within the second sub-frame set is located, and any one of sub-frame included in the first sub-frame set and any one of sub-frame included in the second sub-frame set belong to different radio frames; or, the half frame where the sub-frame within the first sub-frame set is located is different from the half frame where the sub-frame within the second sub-frame set is located, and any one of sub-frame included in the first sub-frame set and any one of sub-frame included in the second sub-frame set belong to different half frames.
