The invention relates to an automatic device (1) for producing virgin olive oil by grinding, beating and centrifuging olives, all the processes being performed in a completely automatic and continuous manner in this domestic appliance acting in its totality as a mini oil press. The device (1) comprises: a grinding mill (4) that includes a funnel (5) through which the olives are introduced; a motor element (2) that actuates the mill (4) for grinding the olives; a housing (8) in which is assembled a removable recipient (15) in which the olive paste is subjected to a low-rpm beating process caused by the rotation of the removable recipient (15), which contains a beating blade (15i or 17); and a heat source (3) that provides the required temperature. Once this step is completed, high-rpm centrifugation of the paste separates the virgin olive oil from the two-phase olive mill waste that adheres to the walls of the removable recipient (15) by centrifugal force. Lastly, the oil falls onto a receiving tray (13) through a valve (15h) situated in the lower part of the removable recipient (15). A weight sensor (10) shows the quantity of oil extracted and the fat yield of the ground olives.
