A smart circuit breaker controller comprises a cover board (1) and a base (2). The cover board (1) is mounted on the base (2). A display module (210) is installed in the base (2), configured to indicate a state and correspond to a display installation hole (110) open on the cover board (1). The display installation hole (110) is provided with a detachable display component board (120) therein. The embodiment provides a smart circuit breaker controller having enhanced universality, a simple installation procedure, and increased utilization efficiency.
