The present invention relates to a tactile presentation module using a beat electric field, a tactile presentation device, a vibrating mouse pad, and a method for presenting a tactile sensation. More specifically, the present invention relates to a tactile presentation module using a beat electric field, the tactile presentation module comprising: a substrate; an electrode unit having a first electrode to which a first voltage having a first frequency is applied, and a second electrode to which a second voltage having a second frequency different from the first frequency is applied, the first electrode and the second electrode being spaced apart from each other by a particular gap to thereby generate a beat electric field, the electrode unit being attached to a surface of the substrate; and a dielectric layer which is connected between the first electrode and the second electrode, and vibrates by the beat electric field generated in the electrode unit.
