The approach involves monitoring at at least one device, one or more communications between at least one user and at least one contact of the at least one user. The approach also involves processing and/or facilitating a processing of sensor information associated with the at least one device, the at least one user, the at least one contact, or a combination thereof to determine location information. The approach further involves updating or recommending an update of at least one contact record for the at least one contact based, at least in part, on the location information. |
